  • LKG: The child should be born between October 1, 2021, and September 30, 2022 (both days inclusive).
  • Class VIII Admission (both ICSE and IGCSE) – The candidate must have successfully completed Class VII and should have been promoted to Class VIII from some recognized school before joining DAIS.
  • Class XI IB Diploma Admission: The child must have successfully completed Class X from a recognized Secondary Education Board.

  • A Personal Statement (500 words) should be about the student’s academic interests, interests in co-curricular activities, achievements, and in what way studying at DAIS would help him/her achieve his/her goals and aspirations while contributing to the life of the schools and broader community.

After Application:

Students who fulfill the eligibility criteria for admission to Lower Kindergarten (LKG), and their parents will be intimated through email about the further process.

  • If the child fulfills the eligibility criteria for class VIII, then he/she will appear for an Aptitude Test. The shortlisted candidates will appear for an interactive session.
  • For Class XI IB Diploma Programme, if the registered applicants fulfill the eligibility criteria will appear for an Admission Test. There are two stages to this test:
  1. Stage One: There will be a multiple-choice type Test for the duration of 90 minutes. The test consisted of questions on the topics of Logical Reasoning, Mathematics, and the English Language. Those who clear the test will appear in the next stage.
  2. Stage Two: In stage two, it is a descriptive written test for the duration of three hours. The written test is related to subjects such as English, Mathematics, and an Elective Paper (Social Studies or Science).

The shortlisted students from this stage will next appear to attend Interactive sessions at the school.
