Shattuck St. Mary’s School follows the rolling admission (no deadline for application) process. Those who are interested in one or more of the nine centers of Excellence may fill in the special inquiry form with additional information.

  • Parents must ensure to provide a separate, not shared, email ID for communication purposes
  • Submit both recommendations and standardized testing to know about the prospective students.
  • In addition to this, families of prospective students are suggested to visit campus between September–May. Or else schedule a virtual admissions interview.

Financial Aid:

The school provides financial aid to 52% of our students. To seek financial aid, fill in the financial aid application and submit the requested materials before the last date. To solve any query related to Financial Aid, call 507-333-1571.

Financial Aid to International Students:

International families applying for financial aid need to submit Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) to School along with Student Services. In lieu of submitting W-2 and US Tax Return documents International students must submit the following as well:

  • Translated statements for banking and investment accounts;
  • An annual income statement from the human resources director of their employer;
  • Income tax documents needed by their government

Note: Applications for financial aid will be processed by SSS. The entire process will take 2 weeks at least. For any questions related to PFS or document submission, contact SSS by NAIS (800) 344-8328.

Domestic Boarding Student

Tuition Fee (Includes all costs of meals, room, and school instruction)

  • One Payment – $57,200

Domestic Day Student

  • One Payment – $38, 600
  • International Boarding Tuition Fee: $67, 650
  • International Day Student Tuition Fee: $48, 200

Estimated Amount Other than Tuition Fee:

  • Books – $400-$800 (varies by grade and course enrollment)
  • Health Insurance – $3,000 (estimated, only for students without health insurance)
  • Incidental Account Deposit – $500 (airport transfers, weekly allowances, laundry, etc.)
  • Uniforms – $400-$800

Additional Fees:

Besides paying tuition fees, the other fees for individual students are given below:

  • Center for Academic Achievement – Full Time $1,850 per term
  • Center for Academic Achievement – Part-Time (minimum two sessions per week) – $57.50 per session
  • Centers of Excellence (includes most applicable costs of participation)

  • Figure Skating Gold – $7,500
  • Figure Skating Silver – $6,250
